Widely used in many fields, as the most common Quaternary Ammonium Hydroxide. 25% in Water made by electrolysis with starting materials Trimethylamine and Dimethyl Carbonate. 25% in Methanol made by synthesis with starting materials Tetramethylammonium Chloride. 98% Pentahydrate made by concentrated crystallization after electrolysis.
